Description

Clime Australian Value Fund (CAVF) is designed for investors who over the medium term, seek capital growth and income from a concentrated portfolio (generally 15 - 25 securities) of Australian Securities Exchange listed securities. The Fund is a registered management investment scheme.

Clime International Fund (CIF) aims to provide consistent capital growth and a growing level of income over the long term (5-7 years) by investing in international securities. The Fund is intended to be a medium to high-risk fund, however the ability of the Fund to hold a significant cash position allows for capital preservation and the delivery of a smoother return profile

Objective

Clime Australian Value Fund’s objective is to provide capital growth and income over the medium term by investing in Australian Securities Exchange securities.[1]

Clime International Fund's aims to achieve a 10% annualised A$ total return basis after all fees and usual expenses measured over a rolling 5 year period.[1]

Strategy

The Clime Australian Value Fund investment process is based on Clime's core investment style and follows a strict portfolio selection process which encompasses both a bottom up stock selection component and top down macro component. The return on equity is a key focus in the selection process for the identification of listed shares that are in the portfolio.

The Clime International Fund is an absolute return fund which seeks attractive capital growth over the long term from a portfolio of International (Australian and offshore) listed securities, with a view to capital preservation. The goal for the Fund is to select high quality individual investments that allow the creation of a best ideas global portfolio.
